About Irlen
Irlen Syndrome is a visual perception disorder that can affect one's ability to read, write, and do math. It is often associated with learning challenges including ADD/HD, dyslexia, autism, and sensory processing disorders but light sensitivity, headaches/migraines, depth perception, and other physical symptoms can also be attributed to this condition. Although known to be genetic, Irlen Syndrome can also be traumatically induced by stress, injury, or medical conditions.
